Return Policy

We have a 15 day Easy Return & Refund Policy.

If you wish to return your order, please send us an email at zaki@zaki.com, stating your order number and that you wish to return the rug. Rugs sent back to us without notifying us of the return will not be accepted. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

To be accepted for a return, the Rug must be in the same original condition, undamaged as it was delivered, and packed in the same way with all the packing material as it was received.

We will inspect the Rug when it is returned to us. If it is received in the same condition, unused, & undamaged we will accept the return and issue a refund within 7 working days; there is 6% re-stocking fee which will be deducted at the time of issuing the refund. If Rug is damaged, appears to be used we will NOT be able to accept the return and will notify the customer.

Damaged Product or Incorrect Order

If the Rug you receive is damaged or you have received a different Rug than the one you ordered please contact us at zaki@zaki.com or +1 (336)-884-4407 and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Color

We do our best to accurately represent the color of the Rugs in the images displayed. On your device, the Rug's color may appear a slight different depending on your device. This is because different monitor/screens have different resolution. We will not be liable in these circumstances.

Exceptions

Persian Rugs and all Rugs from the Special Rug Room are will NOT be returned and this return policy will not be applicable to these Rugs. If you have questions about a specific Rug, please contact us at zaki@zaki.com and we will be happy to assist you.  

Refund

We will notify the status of your return after we have completed the return inspection. If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount after deducting 6% re-stocking fee to your original payment method used during the checkout within 7 working days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your account as banks/credit card companies take time to process the refund.
